"faudio-server.exe has stopped working" error

Whenever I try to play anything using the play button in ScoreCloud, I get the error mentioned in the title- "faudio-server.exe has stopped working." Even if I restart the audio, I just get the error over and over again and can't play anything. I get individual note sounds if I manually input notes, but not if I play anything. I'm using ScoreCloud 3.5.4. Are there any solutions to this problem?

    Hi!

    Sorry for the late reply!

    Could you use the "report a bug" from within the program, that will send us the faudio logs where the problem is probably found!

    In the meantime, you can try selecting a specific audio output and see if there is any difference.

    Also try opening the Advanced tab in the Audio/MIDI preferences, and test different values for latency and buffer. Also try checking/unchecking "WASAPI exclusive mode".
