How do I add a changing time signature?

I want to transfer a 3/4 into a 4/4 but I can't figure it out. For example, in bars 1 and 2, it's a 3/4 and in bar 3 and onwards, it's a 4/4. Thanks!

    Hi!

Right click in the score and choose "Insert Here -> Time Change"!

    Hope it helps!

  • I sing bass in a mens ensemble but do not read music so use of ScoreCloud allows me to write in manually the songs we need to practice and then I can play them back so I canb hear what the notes sound like. Thank you for making a very helpful tool.
I am having trouble changing the time signature midway. Most of the 72 measures are 4/4 but a few within are 3/4. When I right click in the area, the option is given, I make the selections, and then nothing, no visible change.

    Hi. Thanks!

This is very strange.. When I try the exact same thing, it works as intended.

Although, I see now that in your screenshot it says "3/4" but then it says "1+1+1+1/4" witch equals "4/4". If you manually change the rightmost value to "1+1+1/4", does that work?

    Hope this helps!
