I trying to save a score but I keep getting "Could not save song, there was some problem with the server" Please answer.
We'd very much want to take a look at your log file to see what could cause that!
Could you email ScoreCloud.log and faudio.log to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can try to take a look at it?
To find the log files (ScoreCloud.log and faudio.log) on Windows:
Open the "Run"-window by pressing the windows-key+R and then type %APPDATA%/ScoreCloud
To find the log files (ScoreCloud.log and faudio.log) on Mac OS X:
Press cmd-shift-g ( ⌘-⇧-G) in Finder and paste ~/Library/Containers/com.doremir.scorecloud/Data/Library/Logs
