Hello everyone. I wanted to ask how to remove the connection problem. Its become annoying abd im tired of reading a dozen forums. Pls. Help. Thank you.
What comes to mind is that you might be behind a proxy which ScoreCloud can have problems passing.
If you could send the ScoreCloud.log and faudio.log files to email@example.com and we can have a closer look!
To find the log files (ScoreCloud.log and faudio.log) on Windows:
Open the "Run"-window by pressing the windows-key+R and then type %APPDATA%/ScoreCloud
To find the log files (ScoreCloud.log and faudio.log) on Mac OS X:
Press cmd-shift-g ( ⌘-⇧-G) in Finder and paste ~/Library/Containers/com.doremir.scorecloud/Data/Library/Logs
