Notes shift from CoreCloud Expresss to ScoreCloud Studio and discrepancy between notation and note

When i play an E4 on my melodica, it is notated as an E4 in Score Cloud Express. But when I open the file up in ScoreCloud Studio, it is notated as an F4 but plays the sound of an E4 (and likewise for all other notes, they are notated a semi-tone higher than the sound that comes out of ScoreCloud Studio. Is there something in the settings I need to change?
Thanks!
Liz

    Hi!

This sounds like a problem with the notation font being displayed in the wrong position.

Are you on Mac or Windows? What version of ScoreCloud Studio are you running, could you try looking for updates via the help menu?

    Okay, thanks for the info!

This could happen if the updater fails to update the font in the windows system when the program is updated. We're looking at it!
