App would not open

I have a Mac running on El Capitan OS 10.11.5. I downloaded the app from your website and installed it but when I try to use it I get a message saying the app will not open.

    Hello lorenzo43

    What does the message say?

If the message says something like “ScoreCloud.app can’t be opened because it was not downloaded from the Mac App Store." then you have to make changes to "Security & Privacy" in "System Preferences...".

It could also be another message from Mac OS X and if so you can look for clues in "All messages" in "Console".

Last, it could be a message from ScoreCloud Studio and if so, please send the ScoreCloud.log file to support@doremir.com:
    Mac:
Press cmd-shift-g ( ⌘-⇧-G) in Finder and paste this:
    ~/Library/Containers/com.doremir.scorecloud/Data/Library/Logs/
    Best,

    Hi again!

This could be an issue with a corrupt image file..

If you could try the following:
    1) Quit ScoreCloud Studio if it is running

    2) In Finder, press ⇧⌘G

    3) In the dialog that appears, paste the following string:
    ~/Library/Containers/com.doremir.scorecloud/Data/Library/Caches

    4) A folder is shown. Delete (or rename) the file called avatar

    5) Start ScoreCloud Studio

Thanks for helping us solve this!
