Billing Issue

Hello,

I was on the free trial for the Pro plan for a month and was charged for Nov-Dec. I meant to revert back to Free before I was charged again because I decided that Pro wasn't worth 19.99. I already changed my plan to free and removed my card so I have no Pro days left, however I was still charged 19.99. Can this be refunded?
