I have recently purchased SC but seem to be having trouble installing the programme with the supplied serial number. I have tried re-installing and installing the programme on other computers with the same result.

Has any one any suggestions.

    This issue is being handled via email.

    Problems like these can be related to internet connection issues.

    If you have a working internet connection, you could be behind a proxy server or firewall which prevents the traffic to our registration server.

    One way to verify this is to hold the Alt-key while starting ScoreCleaner. This should bring up a log window from where you can send us the ScoreCleaner log file.

    If sending the log file results in the same error this indicates a network/proxy error.

    If you have this issue, please try the above and let us know the result. If it is a proxy-problem, we can help you solve it manually.
