Program will not open for use. :-(

I have downloaded and reloaded this program multiple times. I have shutdown and restarted my HP laptop several times. Every time I try to open ScoreCloud, it say something like "Do you allow this program to make update to your computer?" then it updates and says "complete." Try to open the starts all over again asking "Do you allow this program to make updates to your computer?" It keeps cycling like this and never allows me in to actually USE the program. Any help would be greatly appreciated. So much for homework last night. :-(

    This sounds strange.

    Are you sure that you are launching the program from the Start Menu, and not running the installer again?

    If so, could you post (or email) a screenshot of the error message?
