I can't figure out how to do a quarter note triplet across 2 counts - any ideas? Does ScoreCloud have that function?

    Two ways:

    1. Use your midi keyboard/On-screen-piano (listener piano toolbar button)!

Click and select a beat (click between the notes, a grey square with a red frame appears). Expand the selection to two beats by holding shift and using the arrow keys left/right. Play on the MIDI keyboard in any tempo and the notes within the beat will be replaced according to the played rhythm. In your case, play three notes of equal lenght (make sure you make the last note the same length as the first two to get a quarter note triplet).

    2. Use the manual input toolbar button.

Create a quaver by dragging it into the score from the palette in the left side panel. You can also choose a starting position in the score by clicking, choose notevalue with the keys 1-9 (quaver=3) and then type it in with the A-D keys.
When the first quaver is there, select it by clicking and then select the triplet in the side panel. Now type the rest of the notes.

    Good luck!
