how to change the split point RH/LH for recording a keyboard ?

Hi and really thanks a lot for this nice software . Was looking for something so intuitive like it ! B)

Is it possible to set a split point for splitting right and left hand at some fixed note

if not it will be a great feature to add.

    Hi! Thanks!

The analysis does not not use a split point. It analyses the contents of the music, and tries to "hear" what notes belong together in a musical phrases and other context, wherever you play on the keyboard, and even when there are voice crossings.

We are always working on improving this, and if you have examples you can share where it is not behaving like you want, please link to them here!

    Hope this helps!

  • Hi Johan
Using a split point could be a good idea because the chords from left hands often are very closed in jazz situation and otherwise a slit point it is a pain for separating even with the voices/mixer which rarely have the actual notes in a voice to move together. So having the possibility of choosing a split point would be a great idea .

Is it possible to select multiple notes to move them on another voice together . If not another great feature to add

Hi! That's a good suggestion, I'll put it forward. Can you share an example song that is a pain, it can help to prioritize it :-)

You can shift click several notes and move them between voices, or drag an entire voice region, if they are in the same one!

  • Thanks
here is an example the left hand should be tonic-7 so only one not of the voices3 must be moved not all the notes from voices 3
so with your drag method it seems the easiest way ( but the notes need first to be enlarged)
    another method ?

    Hi! Thanks for getting back!

Do you have a song, or screenshot, of how you would have wanted the end result to look? That'd help a lot!
