App would not open

I have a Mac running on El Capitan OS 10.11.5. I downloaded the app from your website and installed it but when I try to use it I get a message saying the app will not open.

    What does the message say?

    If the message says something like “ can’t be opened because it was not downloaded from the Mac App Store." then you have to make changes to "Security & Privacy" in "System Preferences...".

    It could also be another message from Mac OS X and if so you can look for clues in "All messages" in "Console".

    Last, it could be a message from ScoreCloud Studio and if so, please send the ScoreCloud.log file to
    Press cmd-shift-g ( ⌘-⇧-G) in Finder and paste this:

    Hi again!

    This could be an issue with a corrupt image file..

    If you could try the following:
    1) Quit ScoreCloud Studio if it is running

    2) In Finder, press ⇧⌘G

    3) In the dialog that appears, paste the following string:

    4) A folder is shown. Delete (or rename) the file called avatar

    5) Start ScoreCloud Studio
