registration failure

Have downloaded Studio, and have been trying to register. However, it says my details already exist?? I'm not sure how that can be as I assume my gmail account is unique?

    Do you have created an account in ScoreCloud Express or on the My ScoreCloud website? The accounts are the same, so in that case just log in using the same credentials.

    Are you sure that it is the email that already exists, and not the username? Could someone already have taken the username you're trying to register with?

    You could try using the "forgot my password" feature and type your email to see if there is an existing account connected to that email:
