Could not analyze recording server error cuex is empty

Hi! I just installed ScoreCloud and I can't wait to start using it! However, when analyzing a record it shows an error: could not analyze recording. With message: cuex empty, servererror etc. Could you please help? Kind regards, Arend

    This need a bit of investigation!

    Hold the alt and shift-keys while clicking on the ScoreCloud icon to start the software, and keep holdoing the alt and shift-keys until you get a small window with three options:
    - Send logs
    - Audio test
    - Debug mode

    Please click on ‘Audio test’, and let us know what it gave (take a screenshot). Please also click on ‘Send logs’ after you have run the audio test.
  • I have the same issue and just started today!
    Just sent the logs and audio test which was fine.
