    I have the same issue and i can't find any solution. Does anybody from support team work here?

    Hi! It's very hard to say exactly what is going on in these cases, especially in Windows since there are so many possible combinations of hardware and software. We are working on some major changes that will hopefully make the audio engine more stable.

    I recommend that you check all your audio/midi settings (here is a guide to that in our FAQ: https://scorecloud.com/support/#audio-midi-setup) and then restart the program. You can also try disconnecting external audio equipment, and then restart the computer.
